Here's 16 little rituals you can do to reset and replenish this autumn:
- 🍁Set your alarm 10 minutes earlier in the morning to adjust to the dark mornings. Use this time to properly wake up, stretch and recalibrate before you tackle the day.
- 🍁When better than the cosy season to read? Curl up with your favourite drink and get lost in a good book.
- 🍁Buy a new chunky mug to fill with silky hot chocolate, topped with marshmallows or a nice artisanal coffee
- 🍁Light a seasonal candle with a spicy aroma such as gingerbread or pumpkin.
- 🍁Buy some autumnal homeware pieces like a warm comforting blanket for the sofa with red/orange/green/brown tones.
- 🍁Take yourself and a book to your local cafe and treat yourself to a slice of cake or soul-nourishing sausage roll.
- 🍁You could join a book club. It’s a great way to get out of hibernation and meet some new people.

- 🍁Time for planting! Think daffodils and tulips bulbs and hardy annuals for springtime. If you haven’t got enough garden space, try pots of seeds for herbs which you can have all year round on your kitchen window sill.

- 🍁Create an autumnal vision board to remind you of what you want to attract as the year slows down. You could include: quotes about resetting and renewing, meditation imagery, comfort foods, personal goals, retreat/holiday inspirations, self care rituals.
- 🍁 And of course, it’s spooky season! Get into Halloween mode and download some scary movies, read a gothic novel or get dressed up and go to a Halloween event.
