A Pause That Changes Everything
I wasn’t always the Queen of Rest. There was a time when I equated pushing harder with success. My mind buzzed with to-dos, and my body felt like my foot was stuck on accelerator with an empty tank: I was racing through life while running on empty.
It took a breaking point — a moment when no form of achievement could bring me peace — to see that the real power lies in rest.
Rest isn’t indulgence. It’s the tender pause that recharges our nervous system, unlocks creativity, and restores connection — both within ourselves and with others. And when you treat it as a gift you give yourself, rather than a luxury you have to earn, everything changes.

As a Polyvagal-Informed (PVI) Coach (PVI is all about the theory and practice of nervous system regulation), I guide people to meet their nervous systems with curiosity and compassion — because rest is not one-size-fits-all. My work blends neuroscience with deeply human practices that help you:
